White Elephant, Palm Beach

NDT sourced and structured a deal with New England Development to redevelop the historic Bradley Park Hotel into a boutique luxury hotel named the White Elephant Palm Beach. The 32-key hotel, with 13 rooms and 19 spacious suites, will take advantage of outdoor spaces to provide an inviting courtyard and pool. It will also include a timeless lobby and signature sushi and bistro restaurant, Lola41. White Elephant Palm Beach is located on the corner of Sunset Avenue and adjacent to the intracoastal waterway. It's comprehensive transformation complemented with its desirable location, thoughtful layout, and high-end finishes make this an iconic project on Palm Beach island.  In addition, NDT successfully took the project through the rigorous Historic Federal Tax Credit Program.

223 Sunset, Palm Beach

Size: 21,607 SF

NDT identified the opportunity to purchase this unique office building located along Sunset Avenue in Palm Beach. Partnering with New England Development, the team took  the project through entitlement and development which included enclosing a grade parking garage to add approximately 5,000 square feet of additional rentable square footage, a lobby redesign,  and most notably repurposed an office suite along the frontage to house Trevini Ristorante featuring a beautiful outdoor patio. 223 Sunset is centrally located and within walking distance of The Royal Poinciana Plaza, a shopping and dining destination on Palm Beach island.


123 Datura, West Palm Beach

Project Type: Food & Beverage
Partner: Stanton & Bowery Hospitality

Delivery Date: 2017

Size: 2,500 SF

NDT identified the opportunity to develop a neighborhood hangout in West Palm Beach. The team partnered with the founders of 310 Bowery in NYC and a local restaurateur to create a friendly neighborhood bar and kitchen in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. NDT identified the opportunity in this location, attracted local value add investors, and took the project through design, construction, and into operation. 123 Datura Bar & Kitchen offers bar bites and pizza as well as an extensive and thoughtful drink menu. 123 Datura has flourished into a beloved local hangout generating sales and profits well in excess of comparable establishments in the market. In 2019, the team expanded the current operation by adding a 1,000 square foot cocktail and piano bar next door that is known as Four.

Cucina, Palm Beach

Following the success of 123 Datura, NDT partnered with the same group to design and develop a new take on a long-time Palm Beach favorite, Cucina. This complete overhaul focused on modernizing the space and creating an atmosphere that would cater to a diverse group of locals and visitors. Highly acclaimed design architect Peter Niemitz helped incorporate a modern touch on an old favorite. Cucina is a unique dining concept offering lunch, dinner, and nightlife. The concept continues to be Palm Beach Island’s most popular nightlife destination.

Townhomes at Conniston,
West Palm Beach

Partner: TDON Development

Size: 25,421 SF

After a few years of land banking contiguous parcels at 403 Conniston Rd and 3726 Lambert Ave, NDT partnered with TDON Development to build 11 two-story townhomes.  Each townhome will include 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, and a two-car garage.
